The festival is organized by the Council for Cross Cultural Affairs in collaboration with Community Outreach Academy, Russian American Media, and the Slavic-American Chamber of Commerce.
The event promotes cultural awareness and artistic self-expression by providing children with the opportunity to showcase their creative talents on a professional stage.
The festival is proudly supported by a growing number of community leaders and public officials who share its vision of unity and inclusion. Among the distinguished partners are U.S. Congresswoman Doris Matsui, California State Senator Angelique Ashby, California State Senator Roger Niello, Sacramento County Supervisor Rich Desmond, Sacramento County Supervisor Pat Hume, and Sacramento City Council Member Roger Dickinson, whose continued support helps make this celebration of culture and creativity possible.
